Q. How long does it take before you ship my order?A. Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from cleared payment where possible (excluding weekends and Bank holidays). We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force for deliveries, both of which have approx a 24-48 hour delivery time, therefore most orders arrive within 2-4 working days of ordering. However we recommend that you allow 7 days from ordering to receipt, due to some areas of the UK taking longer for delivery (e.g. Highlands) and for occasional courier delays..

Q. What if I ordered the wrong item?

We are proud of our customer service, so if you have any queries or
concerns on receipt of your item please contact us and we will try our
best to sort the problem out to your satisfaction. If we agree to
accept a return of the item, you, the customer would be liable for
return postage costs.
Q. What if the item is faulty?

If a return is due to a manufacturing fault, all postage costs will be
refunded. We will offer you a refund or a replacement item..
We
must be notified of problems within 7 days of receiving the item and we
need to receive it back within 14 days of you receiving it.
If
you do need to return an item, then please make sure that you safely
and securely pack it and obtain proof of postage (free) from the Post
Office.
